Positive: Beautiful drive to the property. Convenient parking. Convenient location. Awesome view of the pool and beach. Really liked the balconies, especially the one in the upstairs bedroom. Quick walk to the pool, grill area and the ocean. Kitchen and laundry were stocked well.

Negative: Things were broken (concerned we would be blamed for). Exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms was really loud. TP holder in downstairs bath just fell apart on first use. Umbrella appears to have been broken for quite a while. There was some sort of machine stored on the main balcony. Kind of a turn off, most people are trying to get away from thinking of chores back home.

Summary: Stunning place. Just needs some minor updating.
