This spacious chalet is on 1/2 acre, steps from your personal Lake Murray experience.
This lakeside home boasts a beautiful vaulted living room, 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 full bathrooms, a sun room with Pac-man (11 additional games), Pinball machine , full kitchen, loft, deck, gazebo, patio, washer, dryer and more (can sleep 14 max or 15 with an aerobed you provide or pack-n-play we provide). Wifi available. Smart TV mounted above seasonal gas fireplace. Additional smart TV in 2 of the bedrooms.
This tri-level home is a rare find, with a walkout basement on Lake Murray!
Full, private access to house and yard. This lovely home is right on Lake Murray with dock for boat tie-up, swimming and sunning.
2 kayaks, one paddle boat and life jackets for all ages on the premises. Boat ramp and rentals only 1 mile away and stand-up paddle board rentals 5 miles away.
We have installed a full house back-up generator for safety and convenience.

Summary: We enjoyed this property very much. Loved that it was on a quiet offshoot of the lake. Very relaxing even with the cloudy weather we ended up with. We would recommend this location.
