Main level: You will enter into a warm and inviting great room with an open concept with access to half bath. There is seating areas for everyone to relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the river. You can all gather around the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy a meal. Off the great room is the Master suite, the Farm room, with a private bathroom and access to the deck. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, the Bear room and the Deer room. They share a bathroom. On the Terrace level, there is a second Master suite, the Trout room, with a private bathroom and access to it's own private deck overlooking the river. The 2 decks on the front of the house offer plenty of seating for everyone. It is the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee. The front yard is amazing! The house is 85 feet from the banks of the Chestatee River. We have created a spot for you to enjoy grilling burgers, hanging out around the fire, fishing for trout, or taking a dip in the water.
