Positive: Cozy, as the name says. The home was nicely updated and clean and in a quiet cul-de-sac. The host was exceptionally responsive to our needs and readily available to help. There was an issue with a worn-out "enter" button on the main TV. The host came by and checked it out and had us a new one the next day. The place had everything needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely consider this property again for our next trip to the area.

Negative: The furniture on the deck was unusable, as the weaved rattan was broken or ready to break. The shower was a little finicky. It was hard to regulate temperature and pressure. In fairness to the host, we did not mention it. I'm certain that upon this review, they will address this. As mentioned, they were very responsive and cordial. These are minor things, but it is worth mentioning.
