Originally built in 1887, this new home rebuilt in 2022 is a replica and rare intact example of the inner city colonial era. Of particular significance is the bull nose veranda, cast iron lacework, stained glass window, kauri doors & timber flooring, double hung windows and high 3.2 metre stud that makes it feel so spacious inside. Offering the charm of yesteryear with modern comforts including central heating/cooling, modern European appliances in a fully equipped kitchen and underfloor tile heating in both bathrooms.
