Indulge in the fresh mountain air in our newly renovated modern countryside retreat. Whether you are roasting marshmallows by the fire, picnicking on our 5 acres, or relaxing in the hot tub, our home has it all. Great for family gatherings, a trip with the besties and so much more. Located just outside the City of Asheville, you get the best of both worlds, avoid the hustle and bustle of the city while only being 15 minutes from all Asheville has to offer. No steep, or gravel roads to navigate.
The Space:
You enter the home directly into the downstairs game room with board games, air hockey, and our retro arcade center. This space is perfect for kids of all ages. Moving upstairs you will find yourself in our newly renovated kitchen, to your left is our cozy living room featuring a beautiful stone fireplace. On the right, you will find the spacious master bedroom and main level bathroom. Making your way to the third level you will find a private bedroom and an additional bathroom. Home comes complete with everything you will need for your visit.
Guest Access:
You will find a lockbox located next to the glass door, besides the garage.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located right off the main road, easy to find. Home is on 5 Acres providing a good amount of privacy. Only 15 mins from downtown Asheville and 20 mins from the Blue Ridge Parkway visitor center.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is required to get around. We request that guests bring no more than 8 cars to the property to ensure there is room for guests to safely leave.
Other Things to Note:
There is a small apartment rental above the detached garage. The guest have been advised to park close to the left side of the driveway. Please be respectful of other guests on the property.
Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed on the exterior of the home by the detached garage and at the entrance of the home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
