Fourth Bedroom with a Queen size Bed and a full bath. Living Room, (gas Fireplace), Dining Room, Family Room, (gas fireplace) and Kitchen.
Owners Hurricane Evacuation Rights and No Smoking Addendum is required to be signed along with the Vacation Rental Contract.

$525 nightly - $3,380 weekly.

High Season:
$595 nightly - $3850 weekly.

Holidays:
$650 nightly - $4200 weekly.

Thanksgiving: $552 nightly 5-night minimum.
11% Tax applied to rent. Optional 6.5% Travel Insurance applied to rent.
The Damage Protection of $50 is a required item that will be added to the reservation.
