Stunning 4bed/4.5bath w Hottub Cabin sleeping 16 comfortably. This home is the perfect Smoky Mtn Getaway! Located 10 minutes from the charming town of Waynesville with bars, breweries, restaurants, and entertainment galore. The large kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for groups, and the kids will love the game area! 15 minutes to Smoky Mtn Natl Park; 30 min to Asheville/casino/lakes; 1hr to G'burg
Guests may access the entire property, as well as 50 acres of adjoining land which the owner also owns for hiking trails. *Note: You must leave the property and drive 2 minutes to get Access to the hiking trails. However there are plenty of nice walking areas right off of the cabin since you are on top of the Ridge.
Guests will have 18/7 concierge answering service at your disposal throughout your stay.
You are at the top of a small subdivision 10-15 minutes from Waynesville, NC. My home is the last home on the road at the very top of the ridge.
Please bring your own Keurig cups for the coffee maker.

Fireplace are off from May-October
The roads leading to the cabin are mostly paved, but there are some gravel sections, especially the final stretch as you head up to the property.
We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle year-round, especially during the winter months. The last 200 feet of the gravel driveway has a bit of an incline, so it’s important to switch to four-wheel drive at that point.
We don’t suggest bringing low-clearance or sports cars, as they may have difficulty navigating the driveway.

Any and all garage (except if the gameroom is located in the garage), shed, crawlspace, or maintenance or mechanical areas are off limits to guests. Please do not enter these areas—interior or exterior—and stay away from any areas containing home maintenance products and equipment (we do store some lawncare products on premise but in closed bins, sheds, garages, or plastic trunks). By booking the reservation, you consent to waiving any liability related to accessing the above mentioned off-limits areas. This includes crawl spaces, under decks, or near any outdoor mechanical equipment such as HVAC. If you need assistance with accessing one of these areas, please send us a message first and we will make arrangements. Your cooperation is much appreciated!

Please remove the wood stopper in order to open all sliding doors.
We provide a starter pack of basic necessities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, and paper towels.
Our cleaners also usually leave (if applicable) dishwasher tablets/dish soap, coffee, oil/salt/pepper, etc.
We do our best to provide the basics, but please consider that it is really meant for getting you started in for shorter stays. If you need a little extra of any of these items, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
You have a propane-type grill at this property, feel free to use it during your stay.
You have a firepit at the property, please bring your own firewood.
Please use the large garbage containers on the side of the cabin by at the driveway. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches.
