Due to the high style of the property, surrounding terrain, and recent events, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 5. Events, parties, and gatherings of any type or size are also prohibited. There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars: 3 in the driveway and 1 vehicle parked on a separate parking pad above the home. On-street parking is prohibited. Dogs are permitted with notice; 2 max, 50 pounds max, with an additional cleaning and non-refundable pet fee.
