This lovely historic home was built in 1904 and has wood floors throughout the home. The home is comfortably furnished and is perfect for your pleasure or business trip. It has the charm of an older home, but has the updates such as central air conditioning to make for a comfortable stay. Having all the advantages of being in town, its' central location is just a few minutes away from locations including the Hancock Beach, Quincy Mine, downtown Hancock, Maasto Hiihto trails, and Michigan Tech.
Some of the amenities include an assortment of small appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. Bedding, towels, paper products, coffee, and filters are provided. There is a large selection of books and board games to enjoy during your stay.

Summary: Clean and well-equipped home with everything you need for your stay. Great communication with the owner. Comfortable home overall, though the queen mattress/boxspring could probably use replacing.
