Positive: The location was good. The directions to pickup the keys were easy to follow. The beds were clean, comfortable, and new. The neighborhood was safe and one block away from some of London's nicest homes. Some of the appliances are new. Plenty of hot water for dishes and shower. Towels, sponges, soap all included. Great value really. Unit 4 is high enough that it catches a good breeze on a hot summer afternoon. If you like halal and Med food, this is probably the best location in London. The unit was clean.

Negative: The state of the home is not nearly as nice as the pictures. The toilet is in a very small closet, and the sink is barely large enough to fit to hands in, though this is typical for UK. The floors are uneven in spots with a few small gaps in the flooring. The shower worked, but the showerhead holder was broken. Unit 4 is up three flights of stairs, and the common area isn't cleaned. The immediate neighborhood has graffiti, homeless people, and people on drugs walking around, though you don't usually feel unsafe. I think this might be normal for london. This is clearly a council neighborhood though. While the unit itself is clean, the neighborhood isn't.

Summary: Non-pretentious, clean, good enough, everything you need; feel like a londoner.
