Close down your day by walking a couple of hundred feet to Jump Off Rock which is located adjacent to the home. Jump Off Rock has three easy hiking trails and a long-range view of four states.
This one-of-kind vacation home was professionally designed with the perfect blend of the classic mountain touches and a state-of-the-art modern flare. Raul, the owner, and builder, worked closely with his architect to ensure that every detail was carefully considered, creating a vacation home that will be cherished memories for years to come.
Enter the main floor of the home, where you'll find a spacious open-plan living area consisting of a living room, kitchen, and nook. On this floor, you will find a guest bedroom equipped with a queen bed and a complete bathroom. The designer utilized lots of large glass windows and doors to create the natural feeling of being outdoors while enjoying the comfort of indoors.
The entire second floor encompasses the stunning primary suite and a private covered deck with long-range spring/fall/winter views. The trees are protected so the summer long-range views are instead beautiful views of some of WNC's native mountain trees. Over 1,300 square feet of elegance with a sumptuous king bed, a private living room, an in-wall gas fireplace, and a dream bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, double sinks, and tons of closet/storage space.
For your convenience, there is an excessively large covered carport that is big enough for four cars/trucks or an RV. Plenty of other parking as well.
