In a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport, this house makes a great base for an extended stay in the Savannah area. On a large lot, surrounded by Georgia pines, you’ll catch plenty of Z’s at “Little Z’s” as we like to call it.
Very close to the Port of Savannah, the main area hospitals are about 15 minutes’ drive away, and Hunter Army Airfield is just 10 minutes away.
The home was recently renovated. Everything from the roof to the floor and countertops are new.
The home has 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen beds, and a 3rd bedroom with a twin bed. There is one bathroom. Blackout blinds are installed in all bedroom windows to ensure that those Z’s can be captured even after a late or overnight shift.
The colorful living room comes with a workspace – a desk and swivel chair, should guests need to get work done at home.
There is also a dining room with a four-top table and a sun room in the back of the house.
The kitchen has the amenities of home and is stocked with a temporary supply of necessities. A washer and dryer are available.
The home is just minutes from I-95 and makes a perfect base for exploration of coastal Georgia & South Carolina. Hilton Head Island lies 39 miles away (45 minutes), and Bluffton, SC, is 25 miles (35 minutes).
