The outdoor space includes a large pool and hot tub steps from your door, as well as outdoor seating, a grill space, and chickee hut. The condo is situated aback from the pool area, providing a more private and quiet courtyard view.
The indoor space features an oversized comfy sectional in the living room, a recently renovated kitchen, and a large lanai on the first floor with teak wood and wicker furnishings. There are new mattresses and walk-in closets in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, including a blender, ice machine, reverse osmosis water, a toaster, and rice cooker to name a few. Beach equipment and towels are provided.
