This level also supplies a convenient laundry room, elevator, and a half bath.
Mid Level: Take the elevator or staircase up to the mid level which offers extensive covered decks and 5 spacious bedrooms all equipped with full bathrooms and 4K flatscreen TVs. Bedrooms #1, #2, and #3 are each furnished with a King bed. Bedroom #4 is furnished with 2 Twin Trundle beds. Bedroom #5 offers 2 built-in/3-tier Bunk Beds (6 Twins). Bedrooms #4 and #5 share access to a conjoining full bathroom. There is a pack-n-play and high chair provided for your use.
Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will enter the remarkable Great Room with large windows, cathedral ceilings, and ample seating for everyone. The Great Room includes a flat screen TV, a half bathroom, and a large dining area that seats up to 14. There is a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the Great Room. The dreamy kitchen is equipped with all you will need, gourmet appliances, spacious countertops, vast cookware, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Directly off the living area, you will find spacious bedroom # 6, a King bedroom with an attached spacious full bathroom boasting a whirlpool tub and large shower. From the Great Room, you will have access to the Captain's Lookout to take in the beautiful views of Avon Village or enjoy a game night at the large game table. There is also a Trundle bed with 2 Twin beds.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
