Fall and forget your worries in this spacious and serene historic home with an in ground pool on 2 acres of privacy. Master suite on main level. There is a large family room, kitchen, butlers area, library, dining room, sunroom on the main level with gym equipment. Master has its own full bath and washer & dryer in the bathroom closet. There is also a half bath off of kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom upstairs is large and currently used as a media/office room with two leather couches, a bar and a large desk. There is a guest house on property reserved separately or entire property can be reserved all together if available. This retreat is perfect for wedding parties or family events. The large yard can be used for events with a pool house if needed.
Guests who rent the Main House will have access to the pool if there is no events scheduled.
We do host events at this property. Any reservations on our property will be posted on the board on the pool house window during your stay. There is a pool house and that is an additional $40 per day with a maximum of 4 hours. Please let the host know if you want to rent the pool house. We will just need to know the times and which day. This would be for the main floor of the pool house only which includes a bar, mini fridge, ice maker and a pool table. We have a studio apartment upstairs which is where the owners stay if they are on site maintaining the property.
The pool deck area is always accessible year round. There is a grill and a fire pit with tables around the pool.
NOTE: If you are planning an event of over 15 people on the property grounds, there is a small event up charge and the owner will advise on that.

* HOLDING EVENTS OF OVER 15 PEOPLE ON OUR PROPERTY/HOUSE IS AN UP-CHARGE DURING YOUR STAY. SO WE MUST HAVE DETAILS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY WITH PAYMENT THROUGH OUR EVENT SITE.
Weather may impact the usage of the pool. It is not guaranteed during your stay. At times we need to drain and refill the pool due to tree's and storms.
* In the fall and winter the pool is covered, yet maintained. We will uncover it for the ambiance for events or at guests requests. Otherwise the pool will remain covered during these months yet you can still enjoy the pool deck area otherwise..
* Owner's are onsite frequently, to continue the maintenance of the property and you may be greeted by two VERY friendly golden doodles.
