Summary: We love Palmetto Dunes and have gone there for the past 8-10 years, staying at different villas/townhouses. This one was properly the least impressive. Upon arriving was a bit surprised to see that the kitchen was completed outdated and that the kitchen did not have any cutting knives or cutting boards, no mops or brooms to clean up sand or dirt throughout stay, light bulbs missing, etc.. In addition carpet going upstairs was extremely dirty and one of the guest rooms fitted sheets was dirty. My daughter needed to strip the bed and clean the sheets. Distance to beach was OK but if you needed to use bathroom it was a hassle getting back. Overall stay was fine.
