Three sides of the house face the lake and has a 50' deck which is perfect for hanging out with a cigar after a long day of golf. There is a firepit. Quiet neighborhood for a great walk around the lake (2 miles)

There is a large yard for playing games and you can fish in the lake. Extremely close to any Pinehurst locations such as the Fair Barn or Pinehurst golf courses or the Village of Pinehurst. Southern Pines and Aberdeen are each 10 minutes away. Seven Lakes area is 15 minutes drive. 4 miles from the Pinehurst Resort for the US Open. Closer than many parking lots.

Summary: This property was wonderful for our needs. We had a wedding celebration in Pinehurst and this home was able to accommodate 2 families comfortably. Nice and quiet, a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Would recommend to anyone seeking a very relaxing stay.
