The giant wrap-around porch is the perfect place to sit and soak it all in - or walk out onto your very own private pier. There are two kayaks and two adult bikes to use. Huge front yard with firepit, picnic table, and plenty of space for yard games and the kids to run and play. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique place.
This is not a party house. Parties are not permitted. We have good neighbors who live here year around and we want to be good neighbors. Quiet hours are observed between 11 pm and 8 am.
