4 Bedroom House in Summerton

1450st ft. Lakefront home with huge dock and gorgeous views of the water that offer tranquil days and nights. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and starlit nights! All utilities INCLUDED with exception of cable (the home comes with fiber/high speed internet that’ll support streaming services). Home is COMPLETELY furnished. Due to size, home comfortably sleeps 4, but can support up to 10. All you need to do is show up and enjoy. Property includes covered parking with plenty of room for boat trailers as well.

There is a boat launch to the left of our left-side neighbor. Key is provided to access. We just ask that no one walk through our neighbors yard to/from. We have both a small charcoal grill as well as a gas grill for your use and convenience. Firewood and a fire ring are provided for use as well. Yard is NOT fenced. All children and approved pets MUST BE MONITORED/WATCHED. SUMMER MONTHS: From Late May till end of August there will be Mayfly hatches. This is unavoidable. Mayflies when they hatch will swarm and you’ll see them EVERYWHERE and stick to EVERYTHING. They are harmless, but are not very sightly. We make every effort to keep the outside of the property clean, but in less than 24 hours a mayfly hatching can make a place look like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. You’ll be staying on a body of water so expect bugs, ants, mosquitoes, etc.
