Situated on 1 acre of land on a beautiful cove overlooking the main channel of Douglas Lake, this home has it all!
Private swimming pool all totally renovated for 2015 with new pool deck, large, covered cabana with seating, a table, propane grill, small fridge and hot tub overlooking the lake just waiting for you! Tons of pool furniture and toys, floats and more are offered with our pool amenities. We have a private boat dock with newly added 40ft. walkway on the dock along with new boat slip, outdoor fire pit and newly added large 2-tiered deck right at the water's edge.
The inside of the house features lake views from almost every window. Each beautifully decorated bedroom has its own private deck, TV and bath. 400-thread count sheets are provided on the 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 queen Murphy bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper and 1 twin hideaway bed. There is a large screened-in porch overlooking the water that makes a great place for reading, relaxing and napping. A cozy wood-burning fireplace with firewood is provided in the large family room with new 55? 3D TV. We also have over 40 movies for all audiences to choose.

Located underneath with a separate entrance is the new 4th master suite with large tile walk-in double-head shower, family room with small kitchenette, electric fireplace with mood lighting, large flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors to optimize the views. From there you can find a rec room with a foosball table, a new flagstone patio complete with swing, chairs and a table all overlooking the lake. There are also newly installed low impact easy walk steps from the house to the lake. This is fantastic for people with walking issues.
This home is located approximately 2.5 miles to The Point Marina and about 5 miles to the interstate, so location is a huge plus here as well.
