Located near the Pointe Oasis marina property at the 13MM in Wideford Cove and in very close proximity to bar/restaurant that features music. This lake front cabin is full furnished (including linens, dishes, and onsite laundry) plus start up supplies (toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc.). All utilities included in price (reasonable use of electricity, water softener, trash service, wifi and lawn care). Cabin has parking for up to 3 vehicles and features an upper and lower lakefront decks with gas grill, downstairs area contains additional sleeping and a full bathroom. Boat dock has two 10 x 32 slips included with onsite launch and trailer parking available. Slips have an 8 1/2 foot clearance from the water line to dock roof. Cabin is non-smoking. One small pet under 20lbs will be considered with additional fee.
