While this house is family-friendly and we would love to host you, we do have a strict policy against parties and large gatherings. This policy helps to not disturb neighbors and keep the neighborhood accepting of our guests. Due to this, we will not be able to make exceptions for any additional guests. *Please note that per county ordinance, Kershaw County does not allow RVs, campers, or tents on private property. The property owner monitors the driveway via a security camera and will inform us of any violation.*
We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
Please note you will have to bring your own fire wood.
