Summary: Upon arrival the entry code did not work. It was late when we arrived and could not reach the owner to gain access to the oroperty and had to end up getting a hotel room until we were able to reach them the following afternoon. The owner stated they were out of the country, so communication was extremely limited. The address listed that we had rented was not the address we had stayed at. The house was not clean, there were previous renters bars if soap and personal car items left in the dirty showers. The grass was about a foot tall on the entire property with weeds all grown up on the patio and house. The gas grill was broke, there was piles of tilt flooring and block stacked across the pirch and yard. AC was only on one side of the house. There was no washer and dryer to upkeep linens, towels, and clothes. There was no microwave. On one of the beds there was two mattresses stacked on top of one another instead of a box spring causing one of our guests to fall through the bed frame. The dock was in very poor shape and unsteady, the lights on the dock did not work, and the boat hoist also did not work. We are regular VRBO renters, but This property is not an ideal rental home and most certainly not ideal for a family to rent for a vacation. Do not recommend.
