Wow, what an amazing home!!! Brand new custom luxury constructed home with meticulous build quality, professionally decorated for your relaxing lake and mountain getaway! This home has walk up access to the main level with ample parking and vehicle turn around space.
Walk in and be amazed as the house was designed and located to take in the beautiful lake views from the living room, large outdoor covered patio with a bar, TV, dining area, and additional seating. The main level has a spacious master bedroom and large deck above the boathouse. The spacious main level master bedroom has a Juliet Balcony upon with you can step out and enjoy your coffee, tea, or wine while soaking in the view. The main level has a 2nd guest bedroom with a queen bed.
The home will have a beautiful stone fireplace, separate bar and coffee station, dining room table and chairs, and a center island with modern kitchen. Seating will be plenty for both dining and relaxing with two large couches, several chairs, and bar stools to comfortably seat large families and friends.
A highlight of this property is the ease of getting to the water. Minimal steps to the lake and even steps to walk right into the water off the dock. There is a canoe, two paddle boards, and an 8'x15' float-able matt for guest use. There is a lot of outdoor seating and gathering space, a fire pit next to the lake, and more!

The cove is a nice private location and only 6.5 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure, 8 miles to Chimney Rock State Park, and 19 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).
