A large sectional couch and new 70” flat screen smart TV have been added to the great room as well as an oversized dining table to accommodate large groups. Also on this floor, there are 2 master suites with lake views and upper deck access from the bedrooms. Both have all new furniture, new king memory foam mattresses and private baths.
Downstairs you will find a large basement with another 70In flat screen smart TV. There is a kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker.
There are 3 bedrooms on this level and 1 full bath that can be accessed through the main room or the first bedroom which has 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has a king bed and an adjoining 3rd bedroom/bunk room with 3 twins and 1 full bed completes this level.
The private boat dock provides access for docking your boat or you can rent a boat from one of the local marinas. The 2 story boat house with covered roof is a gem on the lake! It provides a nice buffer from the sun when a break is needed during the day and the roof deck is the absolute perfect place for watching the sunset every night.
