COME ESCAPE AT THE LAKE!! With this 4 bed room 3 bathroom gem you can bring the whole family and have lots of fun!! Lake Greenwood is a special place for my wife and I. Our cozy lake home sits in the friendly neighborhood of Greenwood Shores. The home was newly renovated in 2021 with many thoughtful touches all around to help make your stay enjoyable. You can tan, swim, fish, build a fire or simply enjoy the views off of our dock. The house is less than two miles from a landing. The house has a nice back porch that is perfect for entertaining. We do have two cameras on the property for your protection only. Beautiful greenwood state park is only a 3 mile drive by car. There is biking trails with beautiful outside art and picnic areas!

Summary: We’ve been looking to purchase a home in Ninety Six and recognized the pictures of this one. It was a perfect location for us. The house was comfortable and fairly well appointed. Only 1 dish towel was provided but we had to leave a day early due to the hurricane and possibility of flooding. The remote for the main t was MIA and so we were unable to use it.Could have used a couple more coffee cups with some size rather than the dainty little ones. A rug by the front door would be nice since we had several downpours. Also bedside lamps in the bedrooms. All minor things in the overall scheme of things. Will definitely return in the near future unless we buy our own home in the meantime.
