This single story, stand alone luxurious home is completely furnished, equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, micro, coffee pots and well supplied for short or long term stay with ample parking and many acres of free space. Constructed in 2017 with 10 ft ceilings, each bedroom has a bath with tiled walk-in shower and one bath has a soaking tub. Heating is by ductless H/AC system and there are two tankless hot water heaters for abundant and endless hot water. Lot size is about .75 acre with many acres of common green space. The rural location is ideal for family pets because of low traffic flow, fenced and plenty of room for pet runs. We cater to the relocating community but welcome all guests who enjoy the rural setting and the proximity to the Aiken State Park, Savannah River Site the cities of Aiken, SC and Augusta, Ga.

Summary: This was a perfect small term rental for our family of three. It's about 20 minutes from Aiken and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We have two dogs and while the property isn't fully fenced in, it worked very well for us. The unit has everything you need and the property manager was wonderful. If I had to say any negatives about our time there it would be that the Internet is not reliable or very good even when it did work so if you need reliable internet, you'll want to make other plans like having a hot spot. Overall I would highly recommend to any small family.
