Summary: Only elecators were out. No advance notification sent out ahead of stay. Staff lied about elevator repair time in order to keep guests. Next morning while complaining to manager, he kept stating he couldntissue refund or cancel dates because I booked through hotels.com. When i told him i'd done so through a different hotel only a few months prior when i had to leave early, his desk minion jumped in and called me a liar if I didnt show him my bank records of that stay as proof!! Horrible experience and trash staff.
