Summary: When I got there, I was the only person. And I mean ONLY--no owner or staff onsite, no other guests. I called the number on the door. They'd left my room open so I could get in, and I was just hanging out on the chairs in the sun for two hours by myself (I am NOT complaining, it was pretty nice). They'd had some flooding due to really excessive amounts of snow in the area (600+ inches), so were working to fix all that. Beds were comfy, had TV, fridge, microwave. Bathroom not fancy, but ok.
