Summary: The staff was excellent. The doormen were extremely attentive and courteous and helpful provided a very warm atmosphere. The beds in the room, however, are extremely stiff. Both my wife and my backs were hurting after sleeping. The bathroom was set up well, and the desk working area was away from the beds.
