Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have stayed in this property with family and friends from all over. We had a great time a the house and it is close to the beach access. However we were not able to use 1/3 of the space which caused us to put very young children in rooms by themselves. When we reset the thermostats the third floor would not cool. I followed the app and tried to watch the troubleshooting videos they would not load. I called the number 3 times with no answer and completed a fix it form with no response. One third of the property was too hot to use. Last time there were issues and they were handled the same day. I will probably think twice about your property again if this is now how maintenance is handled.The floors needed a good mopping and it would be nice to have glass cleaner for the glass tables. We did enjoy this property and the location is convenient. I was disappointed this time with the lack of response from the rental company to major maintenance issues.
