Summary: Cottage smelled horrible, damp and moldy. Spoke to the young lady about it but she basically threw up her arms. We left and went the store to buy a Febreeze defuser. Half of the plugs didn't work so we had to move furniture to get to a working outlet. There was a mouse trap behind the nightstand. The shower floor appeared moldy both inside and out.The property was beautiful but rundown. The young man who served us breakfast was wonderful. Parker engaged everyone and was kind and professional. In fact he was the only person working there who spoke to us the entire time other than the young lady who checked us in. Our last evening there we were watching the sunset, however, there was a great deal of shooting going on somewhere near the property. While I realize there's no control over another property, it did definitely damaged our calm. Overall I could not recommend this place.
