If you are looking for a get away that is peaceful & relaxing in the middle of the woods with the amenities of a brand new house, this is the place for you. Ivyann's Cozy Cottage makes for a great stay for anybody looking to get away from the city for awhile and relax. All you need do is bring food. clothes and you and your family or friends! The master bedroom furnished with a queen bed. The second bedroom is fully furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and two twin beds also pac & play provided upon request. Flat screen televisions are located in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped for feeding a hungry crowd. The cottage has a comfortable living room space that will bring the group together when all you want to do is relax and stay in for awhile. The outdoor deck leading from the kitchen has a grill and patio set just waiting to be enjoyed. This is the only rental facility on the property so you have the place to yourselves. The yard is spacious with lovely views and the area is quiet. The property owners are located nearby to help with any needs. We have one cottage we do not do any kind of discounts. The prices are as they are for time of year or season.
