Summary: Room was excellent. Hyatt needs to school their employees on ADA laws. I have fibromyalgia and find it hard to stand in the shower at times. I needed a room with a bath seat. He looked at me said “Oh, you’re down for an ADA room but do you really need it”? I was furious. Some disabilities can’t be seen. With fibromyalgia, one minute I can be find and then the next minute, I could have a flare. I was just taken aback by his comment.
