- Home does have cell service/signal
- Backyard and pool area are a mess but the house on the inside is fine. So no pool access. Still mostly fenced in the back.
- Gas water so hot water is available

You've got plenty of room to spread out in this 2200 square foot home. You've got a living room, den AND sun room.

- Sunroom also includes yoga mat and resistance bands for a quick at-home workout
- There may be a surprise amenity waiting for you in the sunroom upon your arrival....you'll see when you get there!

- Huge 8 foot pool with floaties included (not heated, but available year-round!)
- Pool light available for fun night swims
- Large fully fenced yard for your fur baby to run around and explore. But a smaller dog may be able to escape in some areas so be mindful!
- Wood-burning firepit. Usually, I'll have firewood at the house upon your arrival.
- Patio seating around the pool and lounge chairs
- Note that there is not a fence around the pool so be mindful of little ones when booking

- Memory foam mattresses (very comfortable)
- 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins
- Very soft sheets for that perfect cozy feeling with plenty of pillows and blankets
- Luggage racks, dressers, and closets with hangers available in most rooms
- Note: the walk-in closet in the master is not available and is used for storage.

I'm happy to host well-behaved fur babies. As someone who also travels in VRBOs with dogs, I know how hard it is to find a good pet-friendly place. I'd like to keep it that way. So please follow all house rules so I can keep my place pet friendly 🐶
- MUST be potty trained. We like to keep the rugs nice for our human guests 😉
- Dog blankets for furniture, poop bags, dog bed, and water/food bowls provided
- Note: there will be an extra $50 cleaning fee for pets. Sorry - you know how it goes with dog shedding!
