As a guest in this secluded & scenic community, you'll have access to lush wooded forests, gorgeous waterfalls, and stunning mountaintop vistas along with two small lakes and a trout pond for catch-and-release fishing (no license required). This nature-filled haven is teeming with plant life and wildlife that you can enjoy firsthand at your leisure.

After the refreshing hike, take a short 35-minute drive to reach downtown Marion where you can spend your afternoon exploring the new 310 District, an indoor shopping space that's home to restaurants, an indoor skating rink, and several retail shops. Black Mountain is also just a short 30-minute. drive away.
