The sound and sunset views are superb, and there are water vistas from every level. The ground level has concrete parking, garage, carport, grassy yard, and boat dock. The elevator starts at the driveway level. The first living level is the main living level where you are greeted with warm cottage-style decor. The living room with a gas fireplace has ample windows allowing the natural light to flow in and comfy furnishings. The nearby kitchen is every chef's dream offering abundant solid surface counter space, a functional layout, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The adjacent dining area with seating for eight is open to the kitchen and has access to the deck. A den with a wet bar and a bath completes this level.
The second living level has two primary bedrooms and a laundry room with a utility sink. The first bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, a single bed, and a private bath. Throughout the home are a total of six TVs for private, or family, movie breaks. At the top of the stairs on the third living level, you will find a quiet loft space with a double sofa bed and access to the deck with a hot tub and spectacular views.
