Well-kept home located in downtown historic Hillsborough. Walk to all the shops and restaurants on Churton Street, or the lovely Riverwalk or Gold Park in 10 minutes. Drive to Durham or Chapel Hill in 15 minutes. Home has new screened in back porch looking out over large, 1 acre private yard with vegetable and herb garden you are welcome to use. Great for families, includes kid’s rooms and toys. Kitchen outfitted with quality cooking utensils. Master bath includes jacuzzi-style tub. We recognize listings likely have little or no reviews. We have not rented it in a few years and only rent this house out a few times a year when we do. We have had multiple very happy renters, frequently stay in and professionally manage other short and long-term rentals so rest assured the highest standards are ensured.
