Welcome to Banner Elk Lodge, a six bedroom home in the town of Banner Elk. With a hot tub, two fireplaces, pool table, and shuffleboard, you can stay at home and enjoy, or walk to downtown Banner Elk. Sugar and Beech Skiing are each a short drive away.
From the large parking area, climb the steps to the main level and enter Banner Elk Lodge. The wood burning fireplace sets the tone for the living room, with multiple couches and a large TV. The kitchen is updated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A Keurig coffee pot is ready to begin your day as you sit at the bar or enjoy breakfast with your family at the long family dining table. There are three bedrooms on the main level, each with its own TV. To one side is a King bed that opens next to a full bath with a tub shower combo and long vanity with space for you items. To the other wing are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom is a King and the other a Queen.
Take the stairs up to the loft and you'll find the first game room with shuffleboard. Head to the lower level with a second wood burning fireplace, seating, and pool table. The second kitchen is here as well with granite and stainless steel. Four barstools and a round table give you a place to dine or pick from the wall of board games. Three bedrooms are downstairs, and two more full bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed with TV, one room a set of full over full bunk beds, and the last has two sets of twin over twin bunkbeds.
Many outdoor spaces are available for you to enjoy. Enjoy the chairs on the front deck, head out the back deck off of the kitchen and fire up the grill, or leave the lower den to the covered patio and jump into the hot tub! There's ample parking here for everyone in your group, as well - a rare find!
Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Dogs are welcome for an additional rent of $50/night each. Max of 4 dogs.
- The main level has central AC, but the lower level does not.
- Firewood may be purchased when you book for $25/night (this includes two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for each night).
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
