And, public parking does not interfere with your family's entry to beach paradise at this lovely beach access boardwalk. There is an ocean view from your front porch, and intracoastal waterway views from your back porch. A confection of salt water taffy hues and water views throughout this warm, inviting beach escape will have you feeling cheerful and relaxed for your whole vacation. The surprise ending to every day will be the most gorgeous orange and magenta sunset across the sound.

Public boat launch nearby for small boats, kayaks, jet skis, and paddleboards.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. All tenants over the age of 25 must complete a successful background check. A signed rental agreement is required subject to qualifying rental application: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Check-In begins at 4:00 pm and is guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, "Tops'l" as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast.
