Fully renovated in 2017, this beautiful home has one of the best views in North Carolina overlooking North Carolina and Tennessee. Enjoy making breakfast in this open floor concept while looking at the mountains. It is walking distance from the top of Beech Mountain Ski Resort, the 5506' Skybar and the entrance to famous Land of Oz park. Less than 1 mile away is the entrance to the Emerald Outback, home of 7 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
This luxury 3 bedroom house is one of the most exceptional homes on Beech Mountain. It is a 2-story home with easy access to everything essential on the first floor, including the master bedroom and kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms with each their own private full bathrooms and showers. The attached garage can park two vehicles, and the drive way can park an additional 3 cars off street. There is a large open living/dining area with picturesque mountain views, vaulted ceiling, expansive windows, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, 64" flat screen HDTV, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and island bar. It has a large wrap-around porch with a hot tub, grill and seating area.
The spacious master bedroom includes a king bed, large private bathroom with double sinks and sliding door access to the hot tub. The two guest bedrooms both have a queen bed and their own private access to separate full bathrooms. The southern guest bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- If you want to stay and play on the slopes, during winter (November-April) you'll need to come prepared to handle heavy snow. Our driveway receives both natural snow and manmade snow from the blowers. You must bring 4WD or AWD vehicles to drive up to Beech Mountain, and chains may also be necessary during bad weather.
- This property is pet friendly for mature, well-trained dogs. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet. If dogs will be left in the house while people are away, please be sure the dogs are kept in the house's provided doggie playpen to avoid mishaps.
- Guests of the home have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details!
- Oz Mountain Oasis is located extremely close to the Land Of Oz theme park, open during select weekends each year. During its open times, you may experience additional traffic near the home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
