It is 2 minutes from Soaky Mountain and the Sevierville Convention Center and Pigeon Forge is only a 15-minute drive away which hosts Dollywood, the number one sought after family destination in the Smoky Mountains.

The indoor pool room is conveniently located just off the main living space, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment. Also on the main level are two king-sized bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom.

*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission
