The open living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, there's access to the patio through the sliding doors. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a casual dining nook for four. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The patio has a table for outdoor dining. A gas grill is provided for your BBQ needs. On a cool night, you might like an outdoor fire in the pit on the patio. There's even a large grassy yard to toss a ball. Everything you need is close by! Great restaurants, quick stop, grocery, banks and shopping, the Asheville airport is only 10 minutes away. Downtown Asheville is 20 minutes away, and Hendersonville is 30 minutes away. If you enjoy a hike, Collier Nature Preserve is just up the mountain behind the house. There's a fully equipped, fun playground very close by, (you could even walk).
