Our newly renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is located on a quiet and safe neighborhood street. (It's perfect for taking walks.) The house sleeps 10 people (1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Queen size sleeper sofas). Our large kitchen flows into the dining and living rooms.
Ready to play? Enjoy a ping pong match or reading in our game room.
Upstairs we have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a TV and desk. Other bedrooms have queens. Two newly renovated bathrooms.
First floor:
-This home has a large back deck with built in seating and a private yard.
-The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms.
-Our game room is ready for play on the ping pong table.
-The living room has two seats, a sleeper sofa and a 43" Smart TV. The TV has all of the best apps Netflix, Disney +, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc. Enjoy logging into your accounts for hours of entertainment.

*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days. They have 4 locations in Durham with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Chapel Hill and Raleigh.
