THE LOCATION
Located just off of the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this condo commands a prime location for exploring the best of the city. Start the morning with stunning views of the Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina. Then walk just minutes to local shops and restaurants downtown.
Local attractions include the Burgwin-Wright Museum and Gardens, Thalian Hall, Brooklyn Arts Center, Bellamy Mansion Museum, and the Cape Fear Museum of History and Science.
Drive 10 miles to Wrightsville Beach for a day in the waves. Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and boating options are also available in the surrounding area.
Parking notes: There is no on-site parking at this building. There is a paid parking lot adjacent to the building, and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away on 2nd Street directly up the hill and another on the corner of 2nd and Market($10 per 24 hours). Metered parking ($1.50 per hour) is also available on Princess, Chestnut, Front, and Water streets around the building from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. (Street parking is free on Sundays and overnight.) The River Place next door offers inside parking starting at $13/day. The entrance for that garage is on Grace street. Or you can google 'parking downtown Wilmington NC' for more options. Guests can use the loading area in front of the lobby upon arrival for 15 minutes to load and unload.
