Primary suite on main level with king size bedroom and attached full bathroom with Shower. From this level you can go upstairs or down. There are two upper bedrooms, 1st bedroom or bunk room features 2 sets of bunk beds, they are both full over full with a trundle bed underneath. This room also has a reading nook and TV. Perfect room for kids. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and a pull out couch. Both upstairs bedrooms are very spacious. These bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. You will also find a stackable washer and dryer are also in this bathroom. In addition to the two bedrooms the upper level has a coffee corner/ reading area and this level has enclosed porch, perfect spot for coffee and some of the best views in the house. The lower level or basement is also a great hang out spot. This level walks out to the lake. The lower level deck has large outdoor sofa and 2 hanging patio chairs. So much room to enjoy the outdoors.
There are two paddle boards along with a Kayak for you to use. Nice gently sloping lot, easy access to water. Large fire pit for colder nights with plenty of wood for use. Enjoy swimming off the private pier or bring your boat, we have a brand new pier just installed in 2023.
