The lovely main floor living and dining area are wide open, allowing for the natural South Carolina sunshine to flood the space. A tasteful, neutral color palette enhances the views of the swaying palm trees and the ocean beyond. The spacious kitchen features crisp white shaker cabinets, gleaming stainless steel appliances, and a large granite-topped island with an industrial vent hood and bar seating for four. A farmhouse-style dining table has seating for six more. Spend some quiet time here in the mornings sipping cups of fresh coffee as the sun rises over the ocean.

Primary Suite- Main Floor
A king-sized bed faces French doors that lead out to the sun-drenched main deck. The primary suite also has a large walk-in closet with a sliding barn door and hidden, wall-mounted flatscreen television. The private en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a spa-like, glass-enclosed shower with multiple showerheads.
Second Bedroom- Main Floor
This charming room features a bunk bed with a queen-sized bed below, a twin-sized bed on top, and a twin-sized trundle bed. This room also has a small writing desk and a convenient en suite bathroom with a shower/bath combo.
Third Bedroom- Main Floor
Here you'll find a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower that can be accessed via a pocket door.
Head outside through the glass doors to the sun-soaked deck off of the living area. Swing a beach towel over your shoulder, slip on your flip flops, and make your way to the convenient beach access point across the street. From here, you'll have access to three miles of pristine sandy coastline to explore. Relax on the beach and soak up the sun, play in the gentle surf as dolphins swim past, watch the pelicans dive for their dinner, build sandcastles, and search for seashells. A peaceful canal in your backyard provides additional water views from nearly every window in the home. And after a long day at the beach, rinse off sandy toes and salty skin in the outdoor shower before heading inside. Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and basketball court. Harbor Island is a secured island that does require all guests to have a car pass to access the island. Guest must provide car pass total before their arrival. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles max. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.
