Summary: We arrive approx 9pm there was someone else waiting to I check in then came us about 15 minutes later 3 others arrived. No desk clerk still. We called the front desk to only have it ring and ring Took almost 30 minutes after arrival b4 the desk clerk arrived He was nice but it took even longer cuz head holding multi conversations
