Summary: Light Builds for Desk top light needed to replace when we arrived at room. We had many luggages so that looked for luggage cart but not available at front entrance area. I asked one of hotel front lady if she could find one but she responded to me she didn’t know and no solution provided at all. Totally lack of hospitality and service, very disappointed my stay and did not meet to Hilton quality.
